In order to assist our clients adhere to their internal policies regarding these issues, HWRA can conduct market research to determine the fair market lease rates for all facilities subject to these restrictions. Reports are tailored to the specific needs of each client, but in general include: a cover letter describing the subject property, proposed lease terms offered in competing facilities and an analysis justifying the terms and conditions of each lease transaction. Digital photos and area maps of the subject property and all comparables are also included.
